Croissants 101

Participants of this class will how to make croissants from start to finish. Students will learn choosing the right ingredients, proper mixing, making butter blocks, lamination, and shaping croissants. Students will learn techniques to be used with standard kitchen equipment at home to replicate the delicious bakery items that are available at the cafe. Students will go home with pastries and a pre-mix of ingredients to make their own croissants at home.
BOOKING AND CANCELLATION POLICY:
Class must be cancelled 48 hours prior to class start time in order to receive full refund to your credit card or reschedule the class to a different date.
For parties of 4+ please do so 72 hours prior to the class start time.
For any cancellation received with less than 48 hours notice, we will not be able to issue a full or partial refund *. Guests will be able to reschedule a new class to attend by contacting bwoodruff@cafeficelle.com for a discounted 50% price.
If we are forced to cancel an event due to weather or other events outside of our control, Cafe Ficelle will offer guests credit for another class.
